Ha’Gaon Rabbi Avraham Yitzchok Glick (1826-1909), the Tolchova Rav was one of the leading Rabbonim in Hungary in his generation. He was known as a tremendous masmid with a sharp, incisive mind. He was a talmid of Ha’Gaon Rabbi Shmelke of Selish and other giants of his generation. He married the daughter of Ha’gaon Rabbi Yeshaya Benet of Kalev the son of Rabbi Mordechai Benet of Nikolsburg.
