Copy of the Holy Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulem Zusaia of Chernobil, in the lifetime of his father, the Maggid Rabbi Aharon Chernobler

On the flyleaf inscribed: "Rabbi Zosia, the son of the Rabbi Aharon, may he live." Also, on the title page is written: "Rabbi Zosia, the son of the Ruv."

According to Chassidic tradition, copies that bear such inscriptions come from the estate of the holy Rabbi Aharon of Tchernobil. After his passing, his many books were divided among his holy sons by lot, and the names of the winners were recorded in the books’ title pages, ‘Zosia son of the Rabbi, ‘ ‘Menachem Nachum son of the Rabbi.’

However, this book before us carries additional significance, as mentioned above, even on the flyleaf appears the name of Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulem Zusaia of Chernobill, during the lifetime of his holy father mentioned in the blessings of life.

Complete, in good condition, damp stains, few ink stains, original loose binding.
