The printed version of the "Shanah Tovah" blessing:
Be’ezras Hashem
"Blessings of a good and sweet year, a good and blessed writing and sealing, a good and blessed year in all good matters, life of peace, life of goodness in all affairs.
Signed, the soul of the one who blesses, Leibush Leizer."
Handwritten addition and signature:
"Due to the great preoccupation, to the point of exhaustion, I must suffice with these few lines, and I will add a blessing and a prayer from the bottom of my heart. May it be Hashem’s will that my prayers be accepted, etc., with mercy and favor for all of Klal Yisrael.
With great respect and friendship forever, Leibush Leizer."
