"And may he merit to raise him for Torah, Chuppah, and good deeds" – A Holy Letter Filled with Blessings from the Holy Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Wisheva ZT"L
A letter of holiness filled with blessings and salvation sent by the revered Rabbi Menachem Mendel Haeger ZT"L, the Rebbe and Av Beis Din of Wisheva, to the Rabbi of the city of Tzfas, Rabbi Avraham Leib Zilberman Z"L, ahead of the Bar Mitzvah of his son. The letter was written on the 10th of Nissan, 1938.

B"H, 10th Nissan, Wishe, may it be well
To the esteemed and honored, my beloved, pious and righteous friend, distinguished in virtues and good traits, etc., esteemed Rabbi Avraham Leib Zilberman, Av Beis Din of Tzfas and Chief Rabbi of the Upper Galilee, may he be well.
A good new year to you with the respect due, I am happy to receive the news of the Bar Mitzvah celebration of your dear son, Rabbi Raphael, may he live,
may the Holy One, Blessed be He, help him and may he be successful in both material and spiritual matters, and may he merit to be raised for Torah, Chuppah, and good deeds, and bring joy and pleasure to you and all your family in abundant happiness. May you celebrate the holiday with joy and in proper kashrut.

Menachem Mendel Haeger, son of the illustrious Rabbi Yisrael of Vizhnitz ZT"L.
Rabbi Menachem Mendel Haeger of Wisheva ZT"L, the eldest son of the Holy Rabbi Yisrael of Vizhnitz ZT"L, was known as a great genius in Torah and a brilliant scholar. In 1921, he was appointed as Av Beis Din of the community of Wisheva, where he established a prestigious yeshiva with hundreds of students. After the passing of his father ZT"L, thousands of Chassidim flocked to him, seeking his guidance. He passed away in 1941, at the young age of 55.
