Mikrei Dardeki, Basel 1525 – Extremely Rare!
Mikrei Dardeki, an explanation of the roots of Lashon HaKodesh with a Latin translation, Basel 1525, printed by Johann Froben – first edition.
On the title page, there is a signature: "Yisrael Yosef Segri" (a family of rabbanim from Italy).
An extremely rare sefer, with the last page featuring the "printer’s symbol."
It is possible that this work was based on the earlier sefer "Mikrei Dardeki" by Rabbi Peretz Trabot (Naples 1488).
This sefer has never been seen complete in Bidspirit auctions and is not found in "Otzar HaChochmah"!
