Unique: Sefer Minhagim of Kehilas Furth, Furth 1767, First Edition

A sefer Minhagim from Kehilas Furth, including tefilos, kriyas Ha’Torah, haftorah, and many other customs of the Furth community. The sefer was published by the brothers Rabbi Yisrael and Rabbi Yakov Kopil and has the approbation of the AB"D of the kehilla, Ha’Gaon Rabbi Yosef Stienharter, Ba’al Zichron Yosef. Furth 1767. First Edition.

At the back of the Sefer is a Kuntress ‘Bris Melech’ with all the laws of koshering meat. The Kuntress is published in Yiddish.

The community of Furth was an old Ashkenazi community established about four hundred years ago. At the time of the printing of this sefer, a few hundred families lived in Furth. Therefore, there was a need to unite and educate all members about the customs of the kehilla.
