V’Chashav Lo HaKohen, Drushim on Kabbalah on the order of Aleph-Bet, by the holy Kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Cohen Katz of Lask. Printed by Rabbi Itzchak ben David, unique edition, Feiruda, 1794.

At the beginning of the book, there are endorsements from the Rabbis of Jerusalem, including Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch, Av Beit Din of Feiruda, Rabbi Yosef Teomim, Av Beit Din of Frankfurt, and Rabbi Yisrael Chaim Malamed, Shochet and Dayan of the community of Chevron.

The author, Rabbi Avraham ben Yechiel Michal Katz of Lask, was great in both revealed and concealed Torah. He came from Poland to Jerusalem and traveled through the Diaspora as a Shaliach Tzibbur, delivering sermons on the state of the Jewish people and founding mikvaot and synagogues. He was known for his piety and asceticism, fasting from Shabbat to Shabbat. Upon his return to Jerusalem, he was imprisoned by the authorities and passed away in custody on the 20th of Adar, 1794.
