At the beginning of the book, there is a haskamah (endorsement) from Rabbi Meshulam Zusia of Zinkov, who testifies that this book became beloved to his father, Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Zinkov, the son of the holy Rebbe from Apt, zt"l. "This book was very precious in his eyes and was a source of daily delight for him. I heard from his holy mouth several times the following: ‘If Hashem helps me to print my father’s writings, then, with His help, I will also print this important book.’ After I succeeded in printing my grandfather’s book Ohev Yisrael, I am now printing this important work."
