contains the signature and stamps of the Gaon Rabbi Mendel Toib, Dayan in Homna, who succeeded his grandfather, the holy Rabbi Yaakov, Av Beis Din of Homna, one of the foremost disciples of the holy Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rimanov, zt"l.
